Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
If Trek Consultancy cancels a scheduled consultation, clients may request a full refund or reschedule the session.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
If a client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
Once document review, application preparation, translation, compliance review, or government submission has started, service fees become partially or fully non-refundable.
Government fees, licensing fees, attestation fees, translation fees, bank charges, and third-party expenses are non-refundable once paid.
These payments are made directly to authorities or third-party providers and are outside Trek Consultancy’s control.
Trek Consultancy assists clients with applications but cannot guarantee approvals.
No refund shall be provided solely because:
Clients may cancel and request a refund after deduction of planning and administrative costs.
Payments already made for completed work, milestones, designs, development, testing, or project management are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
Digital marketing fees are non-refundable once campaign planning, content creation, advertising setup, or campaign execution has begun.
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available after:
Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs before development starts.
Consultancy fees related to property search, investment analysis, documentation support, or transaction assistance are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
Property purchase decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Services relating to USA, UK, Canada, or other international company formations become non-refundable once:
Refund requests arising from exceptional situations will be reviewed individually by management.
Approval of any refund remains at Trek Consultancy’s sole discretion.
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
7–21 business days
depending on payment method, banking institutions, and location.
