How to Do Muqeem Registration

All tools need to be signed up on a per-new company basis before you can use them. Need to complete Muqeem registration in order to connect files of your staff.

Step 1: Collect Your Papers

1.) Have your Commercial Registration (CR) number in hand as well as the unified 700-number. You also require your General Manager’s mobile.

Step 2: Fill the Form

Use your business letterhead to print each official sign-up form. Make sure that the manager signs it clearly.

Step 3: Get the Chamber Stamp

Head over to your local Chamber of Commerce with this form. All you have to do is enter the stamp letter on their website and this takes a minute or two.

Step 4: Send to Elm

Send a letter (stamped) to Elm or any approved service desk. Your account becomes open once Elm has checked your file.

Step 5: Add Your Team

Steps for Muqeem Iqama Renewal

An official job card (Iqama) is required for foreigners to reside in and work legally within the country. Muqeem iqama renewal is done on time to keep the bank accounts open while avoiding payments of fines.

Four Things You Need First

  • The worker should have a current work permit in Qiwa.
  • The worker needs to have health insurance history on record.
  • Bank app — this is where you will pay for the state fee and expat levy.
  • All fines for car traffic need to be paid by the worker.

How to Renew Online

How To Applying Muqeem Final Exit

Muqeem Final Exit Visa– You need to provide a Muqeem final exit visa when the worker leaves or cancels their job permanently.

Clear All Dues First

Make the full payment of all end-of-job payments and close the work contract on Qiwa first. They also must sell any cars registered in their name and pay up all traffic fines.

The 60-Day Travel Window

After it has been issued, the worker will have 60 days to exit Saudi Arabia. With this standard pass, they are not required to pay an excess exit fee.

Canceling an Exit Visa

This exit visa can be canceled before the 60-day expiry of your visa if your plans change. This can only be done as long as the worker’s Iqama card is active.

Updating Worker Data and Passports

You need to update a worker’s file when they get their new passport from their home country. Task Name: Naqel Maloomat.
